Founded
by a small group of railroad enthusiasts, the Orrville Railroad Heritage
Society (ORHS) promotes the preservation of our Ohio railroad heritage. ORHS
is organized as a non-profit 501(c)(3) historical, educational organization
and is based in Orrville, Ohio, a town that owes its very existence and
development to the railroad industry in Ohio.
Ride Our Trains
ORHS offers many excursions and events such as Spring Circle Trips, Depot Day, Fall Foliage Trips, Jumpin' Pumpkin Jamboree, Riding with Santa trains and more. Check out our Schedule for more information.

Anyone can become a member of ORHS. Membership is easy so please see our Membership page for more information about how you can become a member and help support ORHS.
Get Involved
ORHS needs volunteers with any skills from office work to hosting to structure and rolling stock maintenance and restoration. So we're sure you can fit in with our organization. For more information on how to volunteer with ORHS, please see our Membership page.
Meetings
ORHS holds monthly meetings on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM at the Orrville Union Depot, 145 Depot Street south of West Market Street. The meetings are open to anyone interested in learning about ORHS
